Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten free flour (I use a mix of sweet rice, white rice, tapioca starch, and cornstarch)
- 2 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups unsweetened plain almond milk
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
Instructions
- Mix flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar in large mixing bowl.
- Add wet ingredients and mix until combined. Do not over mix!
- Cook over low heat in cast iron pan. Low and slow.
- Keep warm in low oven until ready to serve.
