Awesome Sprouts with Garlic and Onions (Vegan, GF)

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs brussels sprouts (washed)
  • 1 white onion, thinly sliced
  • 4+ cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Slice off bottoms of sprouts and discard, then continue to slice sprouts into thin rounds.  Depending on size of sprout, 2-4 slices.
  • Heat oil over medium heat in 12 inch cast iron pan.  add onion, garlic, and sprouts.
  • Saute until onion is soft and sprouts are wilted and bright green.
  • Add salt right before serving.
