Ingredients
- 1 lbs brussels sprouts (washed)
- 1 white onion, thinly sliced
- 4+ cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Slice off bottoms of sprouts and discard, then continue to slice sprouts into thin rounds. Depending on size of sprout, 2-4 slices.
- Heat oil over medium heat in 12 inch cast iron pan. add onion, garlic, and sprouts.
- Saute until onion is soft and sprouts are wilted and bright green.
- Add salt right before serving.
